The Aim
To providing conducive environment for physical, social, intellectual, and emotional development of children, Ensure that basic human rights of children are fulfilled and they can enjoy their childhood, Provide free residential care services, educational, health, recreational and livelihood development opportunities to children who are orphaned, living in difficult circumstances and victimized by armed conflict. To provide assistance in rescue work of women and child trafficked in within state and abroad. ...

Objectives
To provide education, health, residential care facilities to children who are living without their parents and care givers. To provide vocational training and skills development opportunities to the children who are older enough to enable them to support their living and livelihood. To rehabilitate the children in their families and communities as appropriate once they are prepared for the same, and To provide children opportunities in life so that they could lead their life, their family and community as a competent adults.
